Weberly H. – Spring Hill, FL
After many years of living abroad and across the states as an active military member, Weberly and her family decided to settle in the beautiful Spring Hill area.
Unfortunately, after an unexpected turn in her life, accompanied by the rise in the cost of living, Weberly found herself in a position she never imagined being in. As weeks and months went by, she understandably felt more anxious and overwhelmed. After staying in limbo for a good stretch of time, Weberly recognized that she needed to take action even if the odds at the time seemed to stack against her. And we’re so glad she did.
When Weberly contacted us, we understood the urgency of the situation, and immediately sat down together and figured out where she’s currently at, and explored different routes to solve this puzzle. We came to the conclusion that the path that made the most sense was to stop the foreclosure process immediately to preserve her equity and her sales proceeds, which also stopped her credit from continuing to get damaged.
We were able to close and get the sales proceeds to Weberly in weeks. And now she’s in the process of downsizing and using the next months to finally catch a breath, regroup, and use some of the proceeds as seed money for potential business ventures she felt she was called to do!
